About Me

I am currently undergoing training as an Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant from Amazonation Ph. This trained me to help Amazon Sellers increase their income through various options such as product research, listing optimization, sponsored ads optimization, supplier sourcing, and inventory management.

I am currently employed in a private company that deals with the export of construction sand and manufacturing of sand processing plants. This experience gave me the opportunity to meet and deal with foreign clients.

Before these, I helped various clients by being a Customer and Technical Support Representative from different BPO companies here in the Philippines. I was able to provide assistance from basic computer troubleshooting, complicated billing issue, process refunds, and making sure that the customer has a working internet connection.
